Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Intern responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial brief to onboarding, learning modern sourcing strategies, representing the company at job fairs and events, tracking staffing data and providing insights, and collaborating with the TA team across the EMEA region. This hybrid internship emphasizes learning from experienced TA professionals, gaining exposure to real hiring challenges, and building a foundation for a career in recruitment or HR. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential across the role, with fluency in English and additional European language skills considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in human resources; prior experience in recruitment is a plus
- Excellent customer service mindset and the curiosity to listen, understand needs, and respond with solutions
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Fluency in English; French or other European language is a plus
