Job Summary
Own the recruitment cycle for the UK & Ireland, from hiring manager kick-off to sourcing, interviewing, offering and hiring. Manage the full Trainee, Apprentice and Intern Program Recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and central Talent team. Develop and implement a local Employer Branding strategy, including creative methods to enhance engagement with Kraft Heinz. Own University Relations, including career fairs, company presentations, and organization of in-house days. Support hiring managers in the Inclusive Hiring process and interviewing skills. Support the HR team with onboarding and integration of new hires, internal communications, and internal events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- +1 years’ Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Listening and understanding the need and building a clear action plan towards success.
