Job Summary
Conduct daily candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to maintain a strong pipeline and achieve weekly hiring targets. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide daily progress updates, and align on shortlists and decisions. Coordinate interview schedules, manage recruitment logistics, and maintain accurate records within tracking systems. Monitor recruitment KPIs including time to fill and offers issued to identify efficiency improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition within manufacturing or multinational settings. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding initiatives is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Employer Branding, preferably within multinational or manufacturing companies
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and consistently achieving hiring targets
- Hands-on experience implementing employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and social media recruitment activities
- Strong candidate sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, employee referral programs, and other talent acquisition channels
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Professional proficiency in English
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
