Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter role supporting Procare CONNECT team; remote opportunity with focus on senior living executive recruitment, collaboration with C-suite stakeholders, and fulfilling HR services for care providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within senior living
- Prior experience recruiting within senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology
- Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders within senior living (preferred)
