Job Summary
Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution. Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing. Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately. Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes. Cold call and cold email several outbound candidates in addition to pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

- Comfortable using Lever ATS for tracking and reporting hiring metrics
- Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
