Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media, then screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience, and prepare recruitment reports while updating candidate databases. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, support offer negotiations, and ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the process. Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and monitor recruitment trends to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the UAE
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases
- Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment across multiple departments
- Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and employment market trends
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals
- Ability to work independently, meet tight hiring deadlines, and deliver quality candidates
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
