Job Summary
Own the complete North American recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives while sourcing, attracting, and engaging technical, operations, and commercial professionals. Build talent pipelines, manage interview coordination, and evaluate candidates using structured interviewing and competency-based assessments. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, collaborate to improve workflows, and drive offer negotiations to close top talent. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and represent the organization professionally to strengthen employer branding. Work onsite five days per week in Milpitas, California, residing within commuting distance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting engineering, technical, operations, or sales hiring
- Demonstrated success recruiting within high-growth technology organizations
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- Strong experience closing software engineering and technical talent
- Experience utilizing Ashby ATS or a comparable Applicant Tracking System
- Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Exceptional communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple hiring initiatives while maintaining quality and urgency
- Comfortable working onsite five days per week in Milpitas, California
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of Milpitas, California

- Previous recruiting experience within venture-backed or rapidly scaling technology companies
- Experience hiring software engineers, AI professionals, infrastructure engineers, operations professionals, and GTM talent

- Strong understanding of candidate engagement strategies and employer branding
- Experience partnering directly with C-level executives and technical leadership
- History of consistently exceeding hiring goals while maintaining outstanding candidate experience
- Stable employment history demonstrating increasing recruiting responsibility and measurable performance
