Job Summary
Support sourcing efforts across open roles via LinkedIn and direct outreach, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate profiles while maintaining the ATS and providing timely feedback. Develop job descriptions, coordinate kick-off meetings, and ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline. Own the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance, managing administrative steps, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination for new hires. Identify gaps in the manual onboarding workflow and propose improvements or automation tools. This role offers growth into leading performance and development initiatives. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related People function
- General knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and onboarding best practices
- Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and a proactive, 'let's build it' attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and juggling priorities
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Exposure to performance review processes, HR tools, or process automation
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to have: take ownership of performance review and potential assessment processes, research best practices and vendor options, and bring proposals to help shape this vertical within the HR team
