Job Summary
Entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting recruiting operations, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics for candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and hiring managers. You’ll assist with campus events, onboarding activities (background checks, offer documentation, HR systems), vendor coordination, reporting, and special projects. Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems are required; internships or part-time experience in HR/business are a plus. Occasional day or overnight travel may be required. Our core responsibilities include collaborating on the full recruitment lifecycle, managing candidate experience, and supporting HR initiatives aligned with Ascensus’ values.
