Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume manufacturing recruiting by coordinating end-to-end interviews (phone screens, onsite, and panel), manage candidate logistics and onboarding tasks (background checks, paperwork), and assist with basic offer processing. Role emphasizes scheduling accuracy, high-touch candidate experience, and collaboration with recruiters, HR managers, and hiring managers; familiarity with ATS (Jobvite) and calendar tools (Google Calendar/Outlook) recommended; responsibilities include executive-interview scheduling backup and basic reporting on interview volume and SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, TA operations, HR coordination, or interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience using an ATS—Jobvite experience strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills (Google Calendar and/or Outlook)
- Proven ability to deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
