Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align expectations for candidates and interview panels, updating Oracle Recruitment per guidelines, assisting with requisitions in Oracle, liaising with organizational collaborators and Marketing for social media postings, conducting full candidate selections, coordinating with external staffing agencies, preparing employment contracts with the Group HR Business Partner, issuing offers and onboarding, creating hire profiles in Oracle HCM Cloud, representing the organization at job fairs, building relationships with potential candidates and past applicants, participating in Recruitment & Selection projects, following up on contract amendments and renewals, conducting background and reference checks, and ensuring timely HR data management.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Management, Business studies or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
