Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator focused on pipeline orchestration and stakeholder coordination within Payreto’s recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-stage interview loops, maintaining real-time candidate progress, deploying assessments (Mercer | Mettl), ensuring compliance and data hygiene in JazzHR, delivering transparent communications to protect the employer brand, supporting onboarding handoffs, and providing administrative support for background/reference checks and offer documentation. The role emphasizes an outward mindset, high organization, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize sourcing and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems and tools
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition
- Capable of managing high-pressure situations while maintaining performance and accuracy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with a positive professional attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion
