Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the hiring process: own interview scheduling end-to-end across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers; manage requisitions, candidate records, and pipeline activity in the ATS with data accuracy; serve as a warm point of contact for candidates; support high-volume hiring across departments; prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs; identify process inefficiencies and contribute improvements; coordinate logistics for recruiting events and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in a coordinating, administrative, or People support role
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS) and ability to navigate confidently
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) to candidates and stakeholders
- Must be based in Miami, onsite five days a week
