Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, schedule phone, virtual, and onsite sessions, and manage complex calendars for recruiters and hiring managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and logistical support while preparing schedules, meeting materials, and itineraries. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and partner with recruiters to facilitate offer approvals, background checks, and onboarding activities. Assist with new hire onboarding logistics, support campus recruiting initiatives, and generate recruiting reports to ensure data accuracy. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality. Must work onsite full-time in Chicago or London.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Experience scheduling complex interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team
- Must be able to work onsite full-time in either our Chicago or London office
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar) is preferred
- Experience supporting recruiting within financial services, trading, technology, or other high-growth organizations is a plus
