Job Summary
Coordinate hourly talent acquisition processes: screen resumes and applications, source candidates for high-volume roles, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, coordinate/manage recruitment with agency partners, draft offers, post vacancies on multiple hiring sites and college portals, oversee onboarding documentation and orientation, maintain TA process tracking and reporting, and provide recommendations for new sourcing markets. Requires completion of college diploma in HR/Business or related field, with 3 years of HR experience; preferred university degree in HR/Business; strong MS Office skills, knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and project-management abilities. Travel required; remote work option noted as in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3-year experience working within a Human Resources department
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
