Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary
Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams while partnering with Talent Partners to communicate expectations and ensure a positive interview experience. Work with Talent Partners to understand candidate profiles, assist with resume sorting, and track status updates throughout the interview process. Open requisitions, build interview plans in ATS, and participate in all India kickoff calls to ensure a smooth interview process is developed. Own the internal hiring process and handle ad hoc projects and reporting. This is a six-month remote contract role with two shifts: 9am-6pm IST and 4pm-1am IST. Candidates must have one year of experience supporting talent acquisition, proficiency with ATS and scheduling tools, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional or internship experience supporting Talent Acquisition and interview scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
- Can work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources
- Demonstrated success in interviewing
- Experience with global teams
- Ideally, you will be able to commute to the office once a month on a pre-defined date
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with ATS, Greenhouse preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling tool, GoodTime preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack
