Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, craft and send compelling cold emails to passive candidates, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for corporate positions. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing candidate data in the applicant tracking system, assisting in job postings, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed or other sourcing tools
- Bilingual in Korean and English
