Job Summary

Full-cycle recruitment across departments at Applied ABC, assisting with end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding handoff. Help maintain proactive candidate pipelines, support hiring managers in defining role requirements, and contribute to managing multiple requisitions. Learn multi-channel sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Handshake, and other platforms; build relationships with universities, associations, and community networks to develop early-career and mid-career talent pipelines. Conduct initial phone and video screenings, support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers. Track basic recruiting metrics, help maintain organized records in the ATS, assist with onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and compliance tasks. Collaborate on recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and stay informed on HR best practices and trends to attract and hire talent nationwide.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a people-focused role.
