Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Source quality talent for multiple locations throughout Montana and the Northwest Region, acting as the first point of contact to represent the Admiral experience of seamless hiring and onboarding. Document company policies, benefits, and personnel transactions, then develop and maintain computer systems, social networking sites, and recruitment platforms. Work with applicants, HR, and management to confirm application statuses, provide updates, and ensure final disposition of all applications. Facilitate introductions to first on-site contacts for interviews and onboarding, while scheduling and conducting new hire orientations to gather feedback. Advise site managers on hiring policies, review job descriptions for alignment, and assist with job fairs to promote the brand. Develop metrics to track recruitment success and adjust processes as needed.
