Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers, in Vanguard's Hyderabad, India office. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, planning selection procedures, preparing offer materials, generating recruitment metrics, representing the organization at job fairs, and contributing to recruitment process optimization and best practices. Requires strong sourcing techniques, market analysis, and excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a minimum of five years' related experience including at least one year in recruitment, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, business administration, or related field. Hybrid work model in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related work experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, interview processes, and market analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
