Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Consultant for Sales/Distribution and Marketing recruitment. Lead full lifecycle recruitment processes including posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding; partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, build diverse candidate slates, and drive candidate experience. Develop recruitment strategies using market intelligence and multiple sourcing channels (online campaigns, networking, market mapping) to attract talent for sales-related roles, including field-based or agency/independent producer models. Collaborate on compensation discussions and offers within company policies; manage post-interview debriefs and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Must relay detailed company and role information to candidates, maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Strong consulting mindset, interpersonal skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on growth and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for senior level roles
  • Experience recruiting for sales, distribution, or revenue-generating roles (high-volume and/or commission-based)
  • Experience with recruitment tools/platforms (e.g., UKG/Ultipro, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract passive sales talent
  • Experience supporting recruitment for field-based, agency, or independent producer models preferred
  • Strong interview and behavioral-based interviewing skills
  • Ability to coach hiring leaders on market conditions, candidate expectations, and sales talent strategies
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of sales compensation structures (base + commission) and their impact on candidate motivation
  • Track record of building talent pipelines across multiple geographies
  • Ability to navigate compliance with recruitment laws and regulations
