Job Summary
Physician recruitment leadership role within MUSC Health’s Catawba Division, focusing on managing physician searches from approval through negotiations, profiling open positions and practice challenges, benchmarking compensation, collaborating with sourcing teams, vetting candidates, preparing candidate paperwork, and coordinating on-site interviews (including with spouses/partners) while educating partners on recruitment processes and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- three years physician recruitment experience (preferred)
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to interact with physicians and business partners at all levels
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and internet research
- ability to communicate and facilitate recruitment processes including on-site interviews and offers
