Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Consultant II or III responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and Centers of Expertise to build and implement sourcing strategies for highly qualified, diverse talent. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, the role may participate in projects to improve TA processes and strategy, guide leadership on metrics and trends, participate in networking events, ensure data integrity and legal compliance, and contribute to process improvements. Requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, ability to advise leaders, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with or in Workday recruiting; preferred experience with HR functions, talent advisory, and maintaining confidentiality. Hybrid work arrangement in Tulsa headquarters with flexible options for field positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years’ related experience, including prior recruiting experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; minimum seven (7) years’ related experience
