Job Summary
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process by developing sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding. Partner closely with organizational leaders to understand workforce needs and attract top clinical and non-clinical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with at least one year of professional recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare. Augusta Health is a mission-driven, independent, nonprofit, community health system located in Fishersville, Virginia, offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year professional-level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years or more of professional-level experience in a recruiting role
- Experience in other functions of Human Resources
- preferably in healthcare or other complex environment
