Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Consultant to run the full recruitment cycle for the EMEA region in Cairo/Giza. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders, drive focused searches across multiple channels, source active and passive candidates, develop and implement TA strategies, manage candidate offers and negotiations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining time-to-fill goals. The role emphasizes building relationships with hiring partners, delivering detailed candidate assessments, and proactively building a pipeline for future opportunities. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruitment experience; Experience with Workday/RMS and high-volume recruitment is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in corporate environment preferred or combination with agency
- Experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience managing recruiting programs, candidate management, client/vendor/agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, and candidate negotiations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
