Talent Acquisition Consultant responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates. Duties include posting employment advertisements, tracking job requisitions, preparing job offers and onboarding, maintaining records and reports for all recruitment phases, and engaging with employment agencies as needed. The role supports the organization in building a healthier, longer, better lives community by attracting and placing top talent in alignment with business needs, while partnering with stakeholders and ensuring compliant, efficient recruitment processes.
