Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates. Duties include placing employment advertisements, tracking job requisitions, preparing initial screening and conducting selection interviews, preparing job offers and arranging onboarding, maintaining records concerning all phases of recruitment, and engaging with employment agencies as needed. Demonstrates ability to manage recruitment lifecycle, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and optimize candidate experience to support healthier, longer, better lives for customers and communities.
