Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruitment for a defined portfolio, from requisition briefing and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer advisory, and hiring closure. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and team dynamics while building strong internal stakeholder relationships. Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation benchmarks to support timely hiring decisions. Proactively source and engage talent through direct outreach, referrals, and strategic pipeline building. Utilize data and analytics to optimize processes, identify trends, and anticipate future hiring needs. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and Singapore employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 -10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end hiring independently across professional and managerial roles
- Exposure to insurance or financial services hiring environments
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good business acumen
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality of candidate pipeline whilst ensuring accurate hiring data in our recruitment systems to track our hiring metrics
- Collaborative and supporting teammates through shared ownership, coverage and knowledge exchange
- Strong in-house exposure
- Experience within a fast-paced and results oriented organisation
