Job Summary
Contribute to recruitment targets within agreed timeframes while sourcing active and passive candidates using Boolean search strings and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Conduct candidate research, hold pitches aligned with Netcompany's value propositions, and coordinate processes with headhunters to fill roles across public and private sectors. Participate in employer branding activities, share challenges and successes with the team, and suggest ideas for improving sourcing strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor while meeting KPI metrics and completing administration duties to a high standard in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to complete administration duties to a high standard
- Ability to ensure sufficient planning and organization of own work
- Ability to report precisely on any issues and processes
- Ability to participate actively in generating an open, professional, and trusting relationship with candidates
