Job Summary
Drive end-to-end campus and graduate recruitment for QRT, including planning and leading campus events, building relationships with universities and student groups, managing the candidate experience, and collaborating with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship/graduate program. Leverage data from platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn to inform decisions, engage with stakeholders across levels in English and Mandarin, and continuously improve branding and activities to attract top talent in technology/fintech/investment management. Maintain high-velocity execution in a fast-paced environment and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years’ experience recruiting within the technology/investment management/fintech sector
- in-house campus recruitment experience preferred
- experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn
- strong English and Mandarin communication skills
- highly organized and detail oriented
- collaborative, analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
- ability to work in a high-performance, high-velocity environment
