Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and organizational goals while developing and implementing full-cycle recruitment strategies. Manage high-volume recruitment efforts across entry-level and executive positions, leading specialized searches and building talent pipelines for critical roles. Utilize applicant tracking systems to capture accurate data and leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Promote the employer brand by attending career fairs and networking opportunities to expand the candidate pipeline. Collaborate with HR business partners on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of experience, with up to 25% travel and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or an Associates Degree with equivalent experience
- Three years of experience with a Bachelors degree, or five years of experience with an Associates Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle liability insurance in accordance with Agency policy
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels, including high volume entry-level and executive roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Up to 25% travel
