Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the EMEA region responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions within our service function (e.g., Field Service Engineers, Process Technologists, Field Service Managers, Customer Care). Drives employer branding, sourcing strategies, resource planning, diversity, and recruitment-process management; partners with hiring managers to align talent with business needs, uses innovative sourcing channels, builds pipelines, and communicates with candidates professionally. Requires strong stakeholder management, interview and candidate assessment skills, proactive networking, international experience, and willingness to travel to the Boxmeer office (feasible at least twice a week). Fluency in English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience of recruiting talent, preferably within the EMEA region
- Advanced understanding of, and experience in, international recruitment
- Knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
- Fluency in English and Dutch reading and writing skills
