Job Summary
Lead all phases of the recruitment process for hourly positions at manufacturing sites in Minnesota, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments, and offers; develop effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Plant Director and hiring managers; build long-term candidate pipelines and engage with community organizations, career days, job fairs, and other outreach activities; drive candidate experience and ensure compliance with EEOC/affirmative action; participate in ad hoc staffing and branding projects and stay current with recruiting practices to meet site-specific production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the unique challenges and requirements related to hourly workers, required
- Familiarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance
