Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation. Maintain recruiting systems, job postings, candidate pipelines, and reporting to ensure accurate data and an efficient hiring process. Communicate with candidates throughout the process, coordinate interviews and travel logistics as needed, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, assist with candidate outreach and engagement, and support processing of offers, promotions, and transfers. Proactively source through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Work with HR to support overall people initiatives and provide a collaborative, service-oriented experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting
- Ability to travel for recruiting events
- Strong organizational and communication skills
