Job Summary

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes by handling requisition intake, job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Administer LMIA-exempt offers through the IRCC Employer Portal, coordinate external advertising and invoicing, and maintain accurate recruitment information on internal and external websites. Support stakeholders in using the University's Gryphons at Work (SAP SuccessFactors) system by identifying functional needs, supporting testing, and providing guidance on system navigation. Assist the Director with recruitment reporting and metrics while delivering back-up administrative support to other department functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (minimum college diploma)
  • ideally in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • at least two years of relevant administrative experience
  • an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills
