Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary
As Talent Acquisition Associate, you will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, source passive candidates, manage a high-quality candidate experience, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive efficient hiring decisions. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, post roles, screen and interview applicants, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. You will also provide proactive sourcing support using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, build talent pipelines especially in manufacturing and skilled trades, and lead community outreach and workforce-partnership initiatives including career fairs and internships to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline and employer brand. Additional duties include conducting background checks and supporting onboarding, while advancing process improvements, vendor relationships, and campus recruiting efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field
- 1 + years of professional talent acquisition experience (manufacturing or skilled trades experience preferred)
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
- Advanced sourcing and talent pipelining skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
