Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Associate based in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) supporting recruitment across Southern Europe as part of Bunge’s Global Talent Acquisition CoE. Deliver full-cycle recruitment, partnering with candidates, HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring process. Contribute to recruitment projects, processes and systems design, drive continuous optimization of hiring practices, and gain exposure across functions including middle office, audit, supply chain, finance and engineering. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience; fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus). Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous. International, multi-country collaboration and a passion for working across cultures is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house Talent Acquisition)
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous
- Strong interest in working across multiple countries and cultures
