Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Associate role focused on supporting recruiting operations for a call-center facility. Responsibilities include roster management, confirming candidate information, ensuring completion of new hire documents, coordinating onboarding steps and background checks, communicating offers and onboarding instructions, scheduling interviews and phone screens, updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, coordinating post-interview debriefs, and assisting with open houses, assessments, and open requisitions. Requires collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, plus tasks such as drug testing, I-9 and licensing processes, and creating badges. Strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Taleo or similar ATS, and attention to candidate experience are important.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking system
- Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Knowledge of I-9 forms and onboarding paperwork
- Experience performing background checks and drug testing
- Ability to manage candidate records and communicate status to candidates and hiring managers
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Open requisitions and posting updates in recruiting systems
- Coordinate events such as open houses and assessments
- Create badges and manage master data for hires
- Attention to detail and scheduling abilities
