Job Summary
Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and employee engagement at Rize Federal Credit Union. Partners with leaders to understand talent needs, builds sourcing strategies, enhances candidate experience, and strengthens culture. Utilizes AI-enabled recruiting technology, builds talent pipelines for current and future roles, collaborates with Marketing on career-site and recruitment campaigns, and champions employee engagement initiatives in a hybrid role based in Irwindale, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR consulting roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, and HR programs
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media sourcing tools
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
