Job Summary
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Internship at Rituals in Amsterdam CHO. The role bridges employer branding and talent acquisition by coordinating branding initiatives, producing recruitment content across channels (career site, campaigns, LinkedIn, internal publications, YouTube, translations), activating recruitment channels and campaigns, sourcing and screening internship candidates, coordinating interviews and candidate communications, and supporting projects such as campus events and data-driven process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, structured self-starter who can turn ideas into messages for stakeholders, values feedback, and is eager to grow in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding within an international, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an HBO/WO study (preferably HRM / Work & Organizational Psychology / Educational Sciences / Marketing or a related field) for the full duration of the internship
- Available 4–5 days per week for 6 months, starting September 2026
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive, ownership-minded, comfortable with feedback and working with systems and processes
