Job Summary
Support the recruitment process by facilitating all phases, drafting job descriptions, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with department supervisors to identify hiring criteria and implement efficient recruiting strategies based on industry standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while coordinating HR aspects of the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program, Clery, and Biennial reviews. Lead participation in CUPA-HR and IPEDS surveys, establish annual training plans, and coordinate required employee training on Title IX, Clery Act, and sexual harassment. Assist the Director of Human Resources in developing retention and succession programs, assess training needs through surveys and interviews, and contribute to ad-hoc HR projects. Work 28 hours weekly as a part-time role supporting the College's inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
