Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of 8–10 active senior and strategic searches by tracking candidates, interviews, feedback, and next steps while coordinating complex interview processes across multiple time zones. Serve as a day-to-day analyst and organizational partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping drive search priorities forward and providing a high-touch experience for candidates. Support global reporting and operations by consolidating recruiting updates from 25+ recruiters, analyzing data to identify trends, and preparing materials for senior leadership and the CFO. Administer executive search firm activity by tracking invoices, engagements, and fees, while ensuring offer approval requests are complete and accurate for CFO review.
