Talent Acquisition Analyst (6-month FTC)

Job Summary
Proactive Talent Acquisition to join the HR team at our Dublin site. Drive full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires. Lead direct sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking) and develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Ensure accurate requisition management and data integrity within Workday, deliver a great candidate experience, and provide weekly progress reports. Requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, and an in-house or agency background. Location: Dublin, hybrid work arrangement. Also notes that the role is a 6-month fixed-term contract and accessible by car.
Required Qualifications
- Full Driving licence
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday
- Direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
