Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor for The University of Queensland based at St Lucia campus, overseeing end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume environment. Partner with hiring managers to deliver coordinated recruitment processes, including interviews, scheduling and logistics, while providing practical guidance on policy compliance, sourcing strategies and targeted attraction activities. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with leaders, navigating Workday and related systems, supporting equity, diversity and inclusion, and offering a positive candidate experience. The position includes hybrid work with two days from home, and a base salary in the range of $97K-$104K plus 17% superannuation (HEW Level 6).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or broader HR
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS
- Ability to interpret policy and apply it confidently
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
- Ability to train and coach hiring managers
- Understanding of enterprise agreements and relevant legislation
