Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor in East Peoria, IL responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and corporate operations. Drives sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple disciplines; partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft accurate job descriptions; manages candidate pipelines in an ATS and tracks recruitment metrics; actively sources candidates via social media, job boards, networking, and digital tools; conducts behavioral interviewing to assess fit; ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies; builds relationships with internal stakeholders and supports onboarding; contributes to employer branding; and performs additional HR/recruiting duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR role
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FLSA, etc.)
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
