Job Summary
Coordinate recruitment activities for positions throughout the organization, including pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, referring, and selecting qualified candidates. Collaborate with business unit leadership to formulate strategic plans for recruitment and retention needs, while monitoring effectiveness and participating in recruiting events, promotional campaigns, and job fairs. This per diem role requires on-site attendance Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with specific hours determined by department needs. Compensation is a flat rate of $32.00 hourly with no benefits. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Health Administration, along with one year of professional recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Health Administration, or relevant field
- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant work experience in conjunction with an Associate's degree
- 1 year professional experience in a recruitment or human resources generalist capacity
- Health care or similar sized environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Health Administration, or relevant field
- 1 year professional experience in a recruitment or human resources generalist capacity
- Health care or similar sized environment
- Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures
- Solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques
- Experience in online/social media recruiting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
