Job Summary
Manages full cycle recruitment for UL Solutions by partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, developing tailored sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates, presenting UL’s value proposition, coordinating interviews and pre-screening, generating new hire paperwork, ensuring ATS compliance, advising on talent market and offer negotiations, and staying current with recruiting trends and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to UL’s Code of Conduct and security practices.
