Talent Acquisition Advisor Lead

Job Summary
Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor drives strategic, data-informed recruitment initiatives. Proactively sources passive and active candidates, builds and maintains a high-quality talent pipeline, partners with TA leadership and hiring managers, extends offers and negotiates compensation, supports onboarding, mentors junior TA Advisors, and champions process improvements and adoption of modern TA technology. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytics, and the ability to influence recruiting outcomes across complex or ambiguous initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search firm
- 7+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing, candidate management & tracking (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM and ATS systems)
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Experience writing recruiting plans with deliverables and timelines
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
