Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for experienced hires in Greece and Central Europe by sourcing talent, managing candidate relationships, and driving the full hiring lifecycle from kickoff to offer. Partner with People Managers to define business requirements, coordinate phone interviews and assessments, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and SLA adherence. Execute proactive and reactive sourcing strategies across local channels to build robust talent pools while maintaining high standards for candidate and hiring manager experiences. Collaborate with BU TA Leads to implement processes that enhance operational efficiency and support the broader Employee Lifecycle practices within the business unit.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree (BA/MA)
- Experience in recruitment (min. 1-2 years)
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Phenom
- Fluent in English - mandatory
- Fluent in Greek
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solution oriented attitude
- Hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively
