Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, creating social media ads and job postings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring SLA-compliant recruitment processes. Will advise HR on market intelligence, develop search strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion, build candidate relationships, conduct skill-based interviews, and collaborate with hiring teams to prepare job offers. Represent Flex at job fairs and recruitment venues, promote Flex culture, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; based in Prai, Penang, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- experience in shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- ability to advise on market intelligence and diversity initiatives
- strong stakeholder management and candidate-relations skills
